Shipping policy

We offer shipping only within India.

Free shipping for Prepaid orders.

Shipping charge for cash on delivery is Rs.70/- irrespective of order value.

Your order will be shipped to you fully insured.

We urge all customers to inspect the package for any damage or tamper before receiving or signing for receipt.

Delivery of all orders will be to registered shipping address of the buyer as per the credit/debit card only at all times (Unless specified at the time of Order).

While we shall strive to ship all items in your order together, this may not always be possible due to product characteristics, or availability.

Please note all items (including gifts) will be shipped with an invoice mentioning the price, as per Indian Tax Regulations.

A Non-Refundable charge of Rs.75/- will be applied to all Prepaid orders.

The whole order amount including any delivery charges will be refunded if the order is cancelled before the product is shipped from our warehouse(Not applicable for Personalised Jewelry).

Unless there are unforeseen circumstances such as bad weather, flight delays, political disruptions, regulatory clearances, etc., your order should usually reach you with 4-7 working days for Metros and Major cities in India. Other cities / areas may take a while longer.

Made to order designs require 20-25 working days to make and another 4-7 working days to deliver.

Please inspect the package contents thoroughly before accepting the package from the courier in case you notice any damage or tampering of the package, and inform us immediately about the same.

Local levies, local body taxes or similar if any will be borne by the buyer.

We will pro-actively contact you if there is a delay or any issue related to your order through email or at the contact number you have provided.

Silver Jewelery 925 is not responsible for lost or stolen items once declared 'Delivered' by the delivery service.

Rs.150/- for prepaid Orders applicable for RTO orders due to wrong information filled while placing the order.
